Tracking My Work Time Versus Other Stuff
Ok, so for now, I’m abandoning the week long look, I think. I hate to quit but…holy cow this is weird. I’m going to give you how one day shaped up and then maybe when I return from Austin, I’ll give it a shot again.
But, for the last 24 hours:
1 HOUR
Getting Walker Ready for School, To School and Dealing with School Related Issues
6 HOURS
12 Loads of Laundry – washed/dried, folded/hung up and put away
9 content posts for one job written
4 content post for another job written
4 Personal posts written
9 Personal design project
Visits to Ning Groups
1 content post written for another job
1 paid design project (very minimal time here)
Tweeting – 30 tweets, approx. 5 unique’s, the rest were @’s
Paypal checking for money all day, on and off, probably, 30 times
personal marketing – again, very minimal
emails – read, sent, addressed (as in posted about something, etc) erm..time suck here 300 emails?
changed TV channel and/or put on recorded shows for Jace – a billion times it seems, I hate Caillou
30 minutes
Personal Care
15 minutes
Socializing at School or IRL
30 minutes
hanging out with Walker
1 hour and 45 minutes
2 personal blog posts
tweeting (4 tweets or so)
3 paid content posts
check Ning groups
3 hours
dinner – we went out, this includes transport time
family time
playing with kids
10 short minutes of exercise
trying to be merry, argh

tweeting – about 5 tweets
watched The Bachelor
watched The View
Organized files (I do this on the first day of every month)

That leaves approximately 2 hours spent on the following…..
House Keeping/Laundry
This was me guessing as I went through out the day, only about 2 hours hindsight. I think it’s pretty accurate. We will see what happens since I have Rescue Time Working now!
